Women are important in our history
Alejandra Muscolini, Art Director, leads the team; today half of Argency are women.

We are talking about the history of Argency, our small great world. One of our founders is a woman: without her there would be no Argency. Alejandra Muscolini, our Art Director, leads the team down the path of creativity.
Over the years the presence of women at Argency has been decisive, and today 50% of our team is made up of women. Always chosen for professional and human qualities, qualities that have no gender.

Alejandra is also the local lead of the “Ladies, Wine & Design” series, an international space that gives visibility to and strengthens women’s work in the creative industries.
The planet is made up of small worlds and the global transformation depends on the transformation of each one. We are proud to have created the Argency world without distinctions; where women and men coexist with individual commitment and a supportive attitude so that the whole team works.
Today is a good day to stop and become aware of this model we have chosen, one we are going to keep believing in.

Every day we become aware of certain figures from the industry we belong to. It matters in order to give value to the small actions that can bring about change and achieve equal opportunities. That also motivates us to hold on to our vision and purpose: having transformative ideas is of no use to us if the aim is not to make them real.
